Please read this entire message for detailed move-in instructions, and review everything carefully so you can finalize your travel plans for a successful arrival. It is to your advantage to arrive at your selected time slot and follow our move-in instructions below to make the move-in process as efficient and smooth as possible.
Before you Arrive
Select a Move-In timeslot in the Housing and Dining Portal. Your reserved timeslot is for arrival and check-in only, not unloading.
Arrive on campus and proceed to A-Lot to queue. From there, you’ll be directed to your building’s designated unloading zone.
When you arrive at your designated unloading zone, you will sign out a bin or bins and unload your vehicle. We will provide assistance to unload your vehicle, but please know that you and your guests will be responsible for moving your belongings to your room.
Once your vehicle is unloaded, proceed to your building check-in location to receive your keys, student ID, and other move-in materials.
Follow directions to your 3-hour short-term parking. Information about your designated parking area can be found on the printable Move-In Ticket in the Housing and Dining Portal after August 1.
Arrival after 8:00 p.m.
Arrival Location: Building unloading zone, listed below.
Proceed to your residence hall unloading zone (listed below).
When you get to your building, call the posted number for access to your room.
Staff unloading assistance will not be available. You and your guests will be responsible for unloading and moving your belongings to your room.
The following day, visit the North Campus Check-in Desk located in Robert Purcell Community Center to retrieve keys and ID beginning at 8 am.
