Move-In Fall 2024 Schedule
 

You MUST select a move-in timeslot for your arrival through the housing portal, and you MUST arrive at your selected timeslot in order to move in. You will not be permitted to enter the queue to obtain your ID, keys, etc. outside of the timeslot that you pre-selected. 

Arrival Timeslots ----Your 30 minutes is just for your arrival time, not unloading.

To ensure a safe and efficient move-in experience, all students are required to schedule a move-in/arrival timeslot via our housing portal by July 24, 2024. Students may select a timeslot according to what is available based on your building assignment. For more information regarding your scheduled building day, please visit the Move-in Schedule page. Please note that your move-in/arrival timeslot that you select is when you actually need to arrive to your designated check-in location. You'll have plenty of time to unload after the check-in time, so don't worry. Your 30 minutes is just for your arrival time, not unloading.

• New Students (First-Year & Transfer)
  • North Campus: August 19 and 20 – 9am-7pm 
  • West Campus and South Campus: August 19 and 20 – 10am-6pm
• Returning Students
  • North Campus, West Campus, and South Campus: August 22-23 – 9am-7pm
  • West and South Campus: August 24 10am-3pm

To help control traffic in and around campus, and to provide you with the best possible move-in experience, move-in is arranged by specific buildings based on the day.  

To assist you with your arrival planning, here is the scheduled building move-in plan.  Please note that assistance with carts and unloading closer to the buildings is only provided during the hours listed above.  

Timeslots will be extremely limited for selection Saturday, August 24 and Sunday, August 25. Please plan to arrive on your scheduled building day.
