Summer Housing On Campus

Summer 2023

Undergraduate Students/Graduate & Professional Students:

Accommodations:
Eligible students will stay in designated residence halls on Cornell's North Campus. Single and double occupancy rooms are available. Live-in residential staff members are available to support students throughout their stay. Self-service laundry facilities are located in the building. Common areas (lounges, bathrooms) are cleaned daily. Depending on the building, most bedrooms are not air conditioned; a box fan is recommended.

Choose from the following two options:

  • Single occupancy Housing at $53.50/night
  • Double occupancy housing at $43.50/night

$55.00 admin fee; two-week minimum stay. Arrive between 2pm on May 30 and 2pm on July 15. Depart by 10am August 9 for summer session students. Dining plan is optional. Choose from a variety of Summer Meal Plans at https://scl.cornell.edu/residential-life/dining/meal-plans-rates/summer-meal-plans

Additional charges may apply for approved early check-in and late check-out. There are absolutely no late stays past 10am August 12.

Housing fees are refundable only if you officially withdraw from your program. Please email summersessionhsg@cornell.edu if your plans change and you leave campus and are eligible for a refund. All refunds are prorated and are assessed a $100 processing fee.

Note: Your housing contract is binding for the entirety of the stay you request and you agree to the summer housing terms and conditions at the time you submit your housing application.

Applications for summer housing must be submitted at least 10 days prior to your arrival.
