Summer Housing On Campus

Summer 2021

Undergraduate Students/Graduate & Professional Students:

Eligible undergraduate students will stay in designated residence halls on Cornell's North Campus. All housing accommodations will be single rooms. Live-in residential staff members are available to support students throughout their stay. Self-service laundry facilities are located in the building. Common areas (lounges, bathrooms) are cleaned daily. Depending on the building, most bedrooms are not air conditioned; a box fan is recommended.

Choose from the following two options:

Option #1

Housing at $48/night, two-week minimum stay. Arrive between 2pm on May 26 and 2pm on July 15. Depart by 12:00 noon August 14.
Dining plan is optional with this choice. Choose from a variety of Summer Meal Plans at

Option #2

Housing and Dining 12-week package at $6,999. Includes meal plan of 15 meals per week and $500 in Summer Bucks.

Additional charges may apply for approved early check-in and late check-out.

Housing fees are refundable only if you officially withdraw from your program, or leave housing prior to August 1, 2021. Please email if your plans change and you do leave campus and are eligible for a refund. All refunds are prorated and are assessed a $100 processing fee.

Note: Your housing contract is binding and you agree to the summer housing terms and conditions at the time you submit your housing application.


Applications for summer housing must be submitted at least 10 days prior to your arrival.
