Welcome to Cornell's Living-Learning Communities

You'll find a strong connection between living and learning at Cornell as you settle into your new home. Over 55% of undergraduate students live on campus, learning from and growing with people who bring a wide variety of experiences, perspectives, and interests. For tours of program houses and residence halls, see @CornellHousing on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.

FALL 2022 move-in:

Faculty, staff, and students: Please help us staff move-in August 15-20! We need your help! Sign up here.

2022-23 housing assignments are to be issued on or about June 21. You can expect to select a move-in date and time in the housing portal for August 15, 16, or 17 to get moved-in before New Student Orientation begins. Please note that the specific day of move in is dependent upon the residential community to which you have been assigned. This helps us control the number of arrivals throughout each day to ensure a more positive move-in experience. Students should wait until they receive their housing assignment before they finalize their arrival plans. Watch for the assignment email which will prompt you to select your specific move-in day and time. An email with more detailed move-in information is to be sent in early July. Classes begin on Monday August 22, 2022.

Update your lifestyle preferences through the housing portal.
