Arrival Location: Cascadilla Hall 

Check-in Location: Residence Halls  

• When you arrive at your designated unloading zone, you will sign out a bin or bins and unload your vehicle. We will provide assistance to unload your vehicle, but please know that you and your guests will be responsible for moving your belongings to your room.  
• Once your vehicle is unloaded, proceed to your building check-in location to receive your keys, student ID, and other move-in materials. 
• Follow directions to your 3-hour short-term parking. Information about your designated parking are can be found on the printable Move-In Ticket in the Housing and Dining Portal after August 1.   
• Return to your hall to begin settling into your new room. 

Arrival Location: Building unloading zone, listed below. 

• Proceed to your residence hall unloading zone (listed below). 
• Staff unloading assistance will not be available. You and your guests will be responsible for unloading and moving your belongings to your room. 
• When you get to your building, call the posted number for access to your room. 
• The following day, visit the Cascadilla Hall Service Center during business hours to check-in, get keys and your ID.

• Paid City of Ithaca Garage just to the south of Cascadilla Hall   
• Paid parking spaces along Dryden Rd.  
• Williams Street Lot upper lot at the corner of Williams Street and Stewart Avenue.   

Residents of Sheldon Court  

• Limited parking spots are available in the Sheldon Court loading dock.  
• Paid parking spaces along Dryden Rd.   
• Paid City of Ithaca Garage just to the south of Cascadilla Hall   
• Williams Street Lot upper lot at the corner of Williams Street and Stewart Avenue.  

Residents of 301 College Avenue 

301 College Avenue residents will proceed to Cascadilla Hall to park temporarily to check-in and pick up your keys/ID (if applicable). You will then proceed to 301 College Avenue to unload and move in. Some assistance will be provided, but please know that you (and guests) will be responsible for unloading and moving your belongings to your room. Once unloading is complete, the driver will be asked to move the vehicle. Once unloading is complete, the driver will be asked to move the vehicle to the upper Williams Street lot. 

• Limited temporary parking spots will be identified,  
• Paid parking spaces along Dryden Rd.  
• Paid City of Ithaca Garage just to the south of Cascadilla Hall  (3 min walk) 
• Williams Street Lot upper lot at the corner of Williams Street and Stewart Avenue. (10 min walk) 

Residents of Schuyler House 

Schuyler House residents will proceed to Cascadilla Hall to park temporarily to check-in and pick up your keys/ID (if applicable). You will then proceed to Schuyler House to unload and move in. Some assistance will be provided, but please know that you (and guests) will be responsible for unloading and moving your belongings to your room. Once unloading is complete, the driver will be asked to move the vehicle to the furthest spaces from the door in the building parking lot. No overnight parking please.
