Apply for Housing On Campus
Newly Admitted Students
Welcome! The 2026-2027 new student application will open on April 1. Read about the process, and after you receive your NetID you can access the Housing & Dining Portal.
All Ithaca campus first- and second-year full-time students are required to live on campus during their first two years, totaling four semesters, as described in the University's Residential Policy. All new transfer students (who have not yet fulfilled the residential requirement at a previous institution) are required to live on campus for one academic year. First-year spring transfers are required to live on campus for their incoming spring semester as well as the following academic year. All students living on campus in residence halls are required to enroll in a university meal plan.
