Welcome! The 2025-2026 new student application will open in late spring. Read about the process, and after you receive your NetID you can access the housing portal.
All Ithaca campus first- and second-year full-time students are required to live on campus through the spring semester of their second academic year of enrollment, beginning with first-year and transfer students arriving in fall 2021. All new transfer students are required to live on campus for one academic year. Spring transfers are required to live on campus for their incoming spring semester as well as the following academic year. All students living on campus in residence halls are required to enroll in a university meal plan. Residential Policy.
Current Undergraduate Students
Room Selection for 2025-2026 housing for rising juniors and seniors will occur in Fall 2024, and the process for rising sophomores will occur in April 2025. General Room Selection is a self-selection process by which a student selects their room via our online housing portal, much like you would an airplane or theater seat.
