Returning from Winter Recess

Winter Recess: December 22, 2024 – January 14, 2025

Undergraduate residences reopen on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at 9:00am. Students may move back in at any time before classes begin on Tuesday, January 21 and must sign up for an arrival timeslot in the housing portal.

Please remember to check in on the housing portal after you've arrived, as this ensures your continued building access. Failure to do so within 10 days of arrival will result in revocation of access. Don't let this happen!

1.       Log in to the Housing Portal with your Cornell NetID
2.       Click the "Undergraduate" tab or button
3.       Click "Continue" for your 2024-25 Academic Year application
4.       Navigate to the Spring Check-in page and click "Check In"

Self-check-in is a necessary action step in maintaining your building access.
