Advanced Leadership Training for Teams

Do you work closely with a small team of people? Do you want to explore how your personality preferences affect your group dynamics?

Our facilitators are trained to administer a variety of different personality, team, and leadership assessments to help your team explore and develop their skills. Starting with an online or written assessment before the program, we'll identify the strengths of your team and reflect on how different personalities and leadership roles show up in the workplace/classroom or elsewhere.

During the group session, the CTLC facilitator will debrief the results of your assessment and then lead the group through a series of activities that allow people to discover themselves, reflect, adapt and provide feedback in a supportive environment. These programs often range from 2-4 hours in length and they can be done in-person at our ropes course, at a location of your choosing or virtually.
