For groups that work remotely, we can modify the challenge course experience onto a digital platform. We have developed a series of online experiential learning programs to help you manage your team/cohort integration challenges. Using various digital platforms, our staff will facilitate group development activities that connect people and build community. All programs are customized to meet your goals and range from one-hour sessions to multi-day experiences.  

Virtual Escape Room Challenge

Are communication and collaboration essential for your team? How about problem-solving under pressure? Virtual Escape Room Challenge puts your team’s wits and collaborative skills to the test as they try to uncover hidden clues, decipher encrypted messages, and solve collaborative puzzles. Your team’s challenge is to complete the mission before you run out of time. To set you up for success, you will start the session with a facilitated presentation on the Habits of High Performing Virtual Teams. After going over the technical aspects of the experience, you will jump into a 45 – 60 minute virtual teaming experience. Once you “breakout” or complete your mission, we will lead a closing session with a final team debrief underlining key lessons and takeaways that will help your team succeed in the future. Choose from several scenarios (more being added all the time). Breakout! Virtual Teaming Challenge is a perfect addition to your regularly scheduled team meetings, a break-out room session on a Zoom conference, or as a stand-alone team building session. The ideal group size is 6 to 8 participants per team, with the ability to run multiple teams simultaneously. Let us help you take your team to a higher level!

Zoom Teambuilding Sessions

Working with others can be quite challenging, especially if it’s working remotely. CTLC has developed a full team building curriculum of online experiential learning activities and simulations designed to bring your group together and speed up the teaming process. The virtual team activities will require decision-making, problem-solving, influence, and adaptation – all key skills in the building of a high-performing team. Our interactive virtual sessions will help you to build and form relationships with your team members quickly and in a meaningful way. We utilize online features such as video conferencing, break-out rooms, images, video, and polls to have an interactive and engaging meeting.

Zoom Teambuilding Sessions range from 1 to 3 hours in length and can be offered to groups of both small (less than 10 ppl) and large groups (more than 100 ppl). Our curriculum is modular and can be spread out during multiple sessions.  

Virtual Teaming Space

When new groups are forming, getting to know who is in your team is a critical first step for successful team integration. For this reason, we have developed Virtual Team Space, a multi-day, self-paced icebreaking, and group interaction program using social media platforms such as Yammer or Slack. Every day we will post thought-provoking and fun ice-breaking questions and challenges to a message board. Team members reply to the questions and challenges and then respond and interact with others' responses. This communication process is facilitated by our professional team facilitators to guarantee meaningful social interaction among group members. Virtual Teaming Space is a great addition to an existing in-person or virtual team building program, and it can serve as a pre-program ice-breaking session leading to a Zoom Teambuilding Session or a Virtual Escape Room Challenge.
