Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument

The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument provides an effective way to analyze and assess an individual's behaviors in conflict situations. Behaviors are assessed on two basic dimensions: Assertiveness and Cooperativeness.

Team Trainings

Through a series of exercises and discussions, we identify natural tendencies and alternative ways of negotiating conflicts. 

This module can be used to:

  • Make sure people share their needs and objectives clearly
  • Stimulate information sharing
  • Practice flexibility and agility in leadership
  • Increase collaboration
  • Identify opportune times to interact and work through conflict
  • Build trust
