Move-In Instructions for Latino Living Center (LLC) at Anna Comstock Hall

Please read this entire page for detailed Move-In instructions, and review everything carefully so you can finalize your travel plans for a successful arrival. It is to your advantage to arrive when directed and follow our Move-In instructions precisely.

Before You Arrive 

Move-In Instructions by Arrival Date and Time  

Your arrival process will depend on whether you arrive during assisted Move-in hours, Service Center business hours or after the Service Center is closed.

August 17, 8:00a.m. - 8:00p.m.  
August 18, 8:00a.m. - 7:00p.m. 
 
August 19-23, 9:00a.m. - 7:00p.m. 

Monday, August 17

 Arrival between 9:30a.m. - 11:30a.m.

Arrival Location: Anna Comstock Hall Unloading Zone 
Check-in Location: Anna Comstock Hall 

  • Arrive on campus and proceed to your residence hall unloading zone.  You will sign out a cart or carts and unload your vehicle. You and your guests will be responsible for unloading and moving your belongings to your room.  
  • Once your vehicle is unloaded, proceed to your building check-in location to receive your keys, student ID, and other move-in materials.  
  • Follow directions to your 3-hour short-term parking. Information about your designated parking area can be found on the printable Move-In Ticket in the Housing and Dining Portal after August 1. 

Arrival between 12:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. 

Arrival Location: Robert Purcell Community Center Parking Lot  
Check-in Location: Room 103-105 Robert Purcell Community Center

  • Arrive on campus and proceed to the Robert Purcell Community Center (RPCC) parking lot.   
  • Check-in at RPCC room 103-105 to receive your keys, student ID and other move-in materials.  
  • Once checked-in, you’ll be guided to your building’s unloading zone.  
  • When you arrive at your designated unloading zone, you will sign out a cart or carts and unload your vehicle.  
  • Staff unloading assistance will not be available. You and your guests will be responsible for unloading and moving your belongings to your room.  
  • Once your vehicle is unloaded, follow directions to your 3-hour short-term parking. Information about your designated parking can be found on the printable Move-In Ticket in the Housing and Dining Portal after August 1.  

Arrival after 7:00p.m.

The North Campus Service Center will be closed. 
Arrival Location: Robert Purcell Community Center Parking Lot 

  • Arrive on campus and proceed to your residence hall unloading zone. 
  • When you get to your building, call the posted number for access to your room.  
  • Staff unloading assistance will not be available. You and your guests will be responsible for unloading and moving your belongings to your room. You will not receive your keys and/or student ID at this time. 
  • The following day, visit the North Campus Check-in Desk located in Robert Purcell Community Center to retrieve keys and ID during business hours. 

Tuesday, August 18

 Arrival on campus 8:00a.m. - 11:00a.m.

Arrival Location: Anna Comstock Hall Unloading Zone 
Check-in Location: Anna Comstock Hall 

  • Arrive on campus and proceed to your residence hall unloading zone.  You will sign out a cart or carts and unload your vehicle. You and your guests will be responsible for unloading and moving your belongings to your room.

Check-in Location: Room 103-105 Robert Purcell Community Center

  • Arrive on campus and proceed to the Robert Purcell Community Center (RPCC) parking lot.   
  • Check-in at RPCC room 103-105 to receive your keys, student ID and other move-in materials.

The North Campus Service Center will be closed. 
Arrival Location: Anna Comstock Hall Unloading Zone

  • Arrive on campus and proceed to your residence hall unloading zone. 
  • When you get to your building, call the posted number for access to your room. The staff member on call will assist you with accessing your room so you may unload your belongings. You will not receive your keys and/or student ID at this time.
  • Staff unloading assistance will not be available. You and your guests will be responsible for unloading and moving your belongings to your room.   
  • The following day, visit the North Campus Check-in Desk located in Robert Purcell Community Center to retrieve keys and ID during business hours. 

Friday, August 21 - Saturday, August 22

 Arrival on campus 9:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.

Arrival Location: Robert Purcell Community Center (RPCC)
Check-in Location: Room 103-105 Robert Purcell Community Center

  • Arrive on campus and proceed to Robert Purcell Community Center room 103-105 for check-in.   
  • Once checked-in, you’ll be guided to your building’s unloading zone.  
  • When you arrive at your designated unloading zone, you will sign out a cart or carts and unload your vehicle. Staff unloading assistance will not be available. You and your guests will be responsible for unloading and moving your belongings to your room.   
  • Once your vehicle is unloaded, follow directions to your 3-hour short-term parking. Information about your designated parking area can be found on the printable Move-In Ticket in the Housing and Dining Portal after August 1.

Arrival on campus after 7:00p.m. 

The North Campus Service Center will be closed.

  • Arrive on campus and proceed to your residence hall unloading zone.  
  • When you get to your building, call the posted number for access to your room. The staff member on call will assist you with accessing your room so you may unload your belongings. You will not receive your keys and/or student ID at this time.

Not arriving by vehicle? 

Arriving by Uber/Taxi - Please plan to arrive at your designated timeslot and proceed with check-in.    

Arriving by Bus - Students who are arriving by bus directly to North Campus/Robert Purcell Community Center should proceed to their assigned building for check-in.
