The instructions below apply to the following South Campus residences:
301 College Avenue
Please read this entire page for detailed Move-In instructions, and review everything carefully so you can finalize your travel plans for a successful arrival. It is to your advantage to arrive when directed and follow our Move-In instructions precisely.
Before You Arrive
Select a Move-In timeslot in the Housing and Dining Portal. Your reserved timeslot is for arrival and check-in only, not unloading.
Print your Move-In Ticket (available in the Housing and Dining Portal after August 1) and have ready to scan upon arrival.
Please have your printed Move-In Ticket on your dashboard (with a cell phone number) throughout your stay on campus.
Move-In Instructions by Arrival Date and Time
Your arrival process will depend on whether you arrive during Service Center hours or after the Service Center is closed.
South Campus Service Center Hours Service Center Hours Monday, August 17: Closed Tuesday, August 18 - Saturday, August 22: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Sunday, August 23: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday, August 18
Arrival on campus between 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Arrival Location: 301 College Ave Unloading Zone
Check-in Location: 301 College Ave
Proceed directly to your residence hall unloading zone. You will sign out a cart or carts and unload your vehicle. You and your guests will be responsible for unloading and moving your belongings to your room.
Once your vehicle is unloaded, proceed to your building check-in location to receive your keys, student ID, and other move-in materials.
Once unloading is complete, the driver will be asked to move the vehicle to the end of the parking lot. Information about your designated parking can be found on the printable Move-In Ticket in the Housing and Dining Portal after August 1.
Arrival on campus between 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Arrival Location: Cascadilla Hall Unloading Zone
Check-in Location: Cascadilla Service Center
Proceed directly to the Cascadilla Service Center to check in and pick up your keys/ID (if applicable). You will be able to park temporarily in the Cascadilla Circle.
You will then proceed to your building for unloading. You and your guests will be responsible for unloading and moving your belongings to your room.
Once unloading is complete, the driver will be asked to move the vehicle to the end of the parking lot. Information about your designated parking can be found on the printable Move-In Ticket in the Housing and Dining Portal after August 1.
Arrival on campus after 7:00 p.m.
Arrival Location: 301 College Ave Unloading Zone
The Cascadilla Hall Service Center will be closed
Proceed to your residence hall unloading zone.
When you get to your building, call the posted number for access to your room.
Staff unloading assistance will not be available. You and your guests will be responsible for unloading and moving your belongings to your room. You will not receive your keys and/or student ID at this time.
Once unloading is complete, move the vehicle to the end of the University Ave Parking Lot. Information about your designated parking can be found on the printable Move-In Ticket in the Housing and Dining Portal after August 1.
Proceed directly to the Cascadilla Service Center to check in and pick up your keys/ID (if applicable). You will be able to park temporarily in the Cascadilla Circle.
You will then proceed to your building for unloading. You and your guests will be responsible for unloading and moving your belongings to your room.
Once unloading is complete, the driver will be asked to move the vehicle to the spaces furthest from the door in the building parking lot or to Williams Street Lot. Information about your designated parking can be found on the printable Move-In Ticket in the Housing and Dining Portal after August 1.
Arrival on campus after 7:00 p.m.
The Cascadilla Hall Service Center will be closed

Proceed to your residence hall unloading zone.

Not arriving by vehicle?
Arriving by Uber/Taxi - Please plan to arrive at your designated timeslot and proceed with check-in.
Arriving by Bus - Students who are arriving by bus directly to North Campus/Robert Purcell Community Center or West Campus should proceed to their assigned building for check-in.
