Move-In Instructions for Equity and Engagement Community
Please read this entire message for detailed move-in instructions, and review everything carefully so you can finalize your travel plans for a successful arrival. It is to your advantage to arrive at your selected time slot and follow our move-in instructions below to make the move-in process as efficient and smooth as possible. Note: We advise you to arrive and check-in before the service center closes at 7 pm on Monday - Friday or at 4pm on Saturday - Sunday. If that is not possible, please follow the instructions below.

MOVE-IN AND ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
Arrival Monday, August 18 – Friday, August 22 from 9 am – 7 pm; and Saturday, August 23, and Sunday, August 24 from 10 am – 4 pm.
Proceed directly to the Willard Straight Hall Service Center at your arrival timeslot where you can check in and pick up your keys/ID (if applicable). You will be able to park temporarily in the Willard Straight Hall parking lot, accessed from Campus Road next to Cornell Health. You will then proceed to your building, Equity and Engagement Living Learning Community (EEC), to unload. You (and guests) will be responsible for unloading and moving your belongings to your room. Please have your printed Dash Pass on your dashboard (with a cell phone number).
Once unloading is complete, move the vehicle to the end of the University Avenue Parking Lot to allow others to move in their belongings.
Arrival Monday, August 18 - Friday, August 22, after 7 pm; Saturday, August 23, and Sunday 24, after 4 pm.
The Willard Straight Hall Service Center will be closed, and you will need to call the number on the EEC main door for assistance with checking in. The staff member on call will assist you with accessing your room so you may unload your belongings. You will not receive your keys and/or student ID at this time. You will need to return to the Willard Straight Hall Service Center to obtain your keys/ID and officially check in the following morning. You (and guests) will be responsible for unloading and moving your belongings to your room. Please have your printed Dash Pass on your dashboard (with a cell phone number).
Once unloading is complete, move the vehicle to the end of the University Avenue Parking Lot.
