Receiving mail at your service center:
TIP: Always put your NetID in your mailing address. Your NetID is the key piece of information that we use to process your mail and packages. If you don't put your NetID on your packages, you will encounter slower processing times or a possible return to sender.
- Service Centers will only accept packages that are 50 pounds or less.
- If sending fresh food, write ‘Perishable’ in large letters on the parcel.
- Please note that the Service Center does not have refrigeration and is not a drop-off location for perishable food items (e.g., DoorDash, GrubHub, Instacart, food delivery).
- Service Center will only hold packages for seven (7) days after receipt and will return parcels to the sender on the eighth (8) day.

Veteran Program House (625 University Ave), 109 McGraw, 112 Edgemoor, and Equity & Engagement Living-Learning Community (2 Forest Park Lane)
Other services:
Information, key lockouts and lock changes, laundry account, bulk laundry, dry cleaning services, and other resources.
