Any parcels received after the residence halls close will be securely stored and available at your Service Center when they reopen. For more details on hours of operation, please find your Service Center hours below.

Winter Break Hours

Monday, January 6 - Friday, January 10: 8 am - 4:30 pm
Saturday, January 11: Closed
Sunday, January 12: Closed
Monday, January 13 - Friday, January 17: 8 am - 4:30 pm

Spring Semester Hours 

Monday - Friday: 8 am - 7 pm
Saturday: 10 am - 4 pm
Sunday: Closed

Receiving mail at your service center:

TIP: Always include your NetID in your mailing address. Your NetID is the key piece of information we use to process your mail and packages. If you don't include your NetID on your packages, you will encounter slower processing times or a possible return to sender.
  • Service Centers will only accept packages that are 50 pounds or less.
  • If sending fresh food, write ‘Perishable’ in large letters on the parcel.
  • Please note that the Service Center does not have refrigeration and is not a drop-off location for perishable food items (e.g., DoorDash, GrubHub, Instacart, food delivery).
  • Service Center will only hold packages for seven (7) days after receipt and will return parcels to the sender on the eighth (8) day. 
Sending Medication: We advise sending student medication to the Cornell Health pharmacy. You can mail your refrigerated (or other) prescription to the pharmacy. Once received, the student will be notified and can pick up their medication. Please direct those packages to the following address:

Provides mail services for residents of: 

Veteran Program House (625 University Ave), 109 McGraw, 112 Edgemoor, and Equity & Engagement Living-Learning Community (2 Forest Park Lane)

Information, key lockouts and lock changes, laundry account, bulk laundry, dry cleaning services, and other resources.
