Your signed housing license is a legally binding agreement between you and the Housing & Dining Contracts Office.
Please note that you will only be released from your license under certain circumstances, at the discretion of the Office of Housing & Residential Life, and usually with an associated fee. Refer to your contract Terms and Conditions below for details.
Housing Rates
2024-2025 Housing Licenses
Academic Year Undergraduate Housing License:
- Occupancy Period: August 19, 2024 through December 22, 2024 (fall) and January 14, 2025 through May 18, 2025 (spring)
- For all undergraduate residence halls, Program Houses, and West Campus Houses
- Academic Year Undergraduate Terms and Conditions
Sorority and Fraternity Life License:
- Occupancy period: August 18, 2024, through May 17, 2025
- Sorority/Fraternity Housing Terms and Conditions
2025-2026 Housing Licenses
Academic Year Undergraduate Housing License:
- Occupancy Period: August 18, 2025 through December 21, 2025 (fall) and January 15, 2026 through May 17, 2026 (spring)
- For all undergraduate residence halls, Program Houses, and West Campus Houses

12-Month Undergraduate Housing License:
- Occupancy Period: July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026
- 12-Month Housing Terms and Conditions
12-Month Student Housing License:
- Occupancy Period: July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026
