Move-In Instructions for 112 Edgemoor

Please read this entire message for detailed move-in instructions, and review everything carefully so you can finalize your travel plans for a successful arrival. You must arrive at the timeslot you selected and follow our move-in instructions below to make the move-in process as efficient and smooth as possible. Note: We advise you to arrive and check in before the service center closes at 7 pm on Monday - Friday or at 4pm on Saturday - Sunday. If that is not possible, please follow the instructions below.

MOVE-IN INSTRUCTIONS  

Arrival Monday, August 18 – Friday, August 22, from 9 am – 7 pm; and Saturday, August 23, and Sunday, August 24, from 10 am – 4 pm  

Proceed directly to the Willard Straight Hall Service Center, where you can park temporarily and pick up your keys/ID (if applicable).  You can park temporarily in the Williard Straight Hall parking lot, which is accessed from Campus Road next to Cornell Health. You will then proceed to your building, 112 Edgemoor, for unloading. You (and guests) will be responsible for unloading and moving your belongings to your room. Please have your printed Dash Pass on your dashboard (with a cell phone number).  

Once unloading is complete, the driver will be asked to move the vehicle to the end of the parking lot.  

Arrival Monday, August 18 – Friday, August 22, after 7 pm; and Saturday, August 23, and Sunday, August 24 after 4 pm  

The Willard Straight Hall Service Center will be closed, and you must call the number located on the 112 Edgemoor main door for assistance with checking in. The staff members on call will assist you with accessing your room so you may unload your belongings. You will not receive your keys and/or student ID at this time. You will need to return to the Willard Straight Hall Service Center to obtain your keys/ID and officially check-in the following morning. You (and guests) will be responsible for unloading and moving your belongings to your room. Please have your printed Dash Pass on your dashboard (with a cell phone number). 

Once unloading is complete, the driver will be asked to move the vehicle to the end of the parking lot.
