Group Fitness Updates

-No Group Fitness Classes May 24 - June 1, 2025.  Summer schedule will begin June 2 in Appel, HNH & Teagle.  Summer schedule in Noyes will begin June 9.

CFC Membership or a Cornell Wellness Recreation Membership is required to attend all In-Person Group Fitness classes unless class is noted as 'free'.

Wristbands are required for entry into all In-Person Group Fitness classes and are available beginning 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for each class. Please be familiar with the late entry policy. Wristbands may be obtained in the following locations:
