Same Day Equipment Checkout
Visit the Equipment Issuing Rooms at Helen Newman Hall, Teagle Hall, or the Issue Desk at the Noyes Community Recreation Center with your Cornell ID card to checkout equipment. An Issue Room employee is always present in the building during operating hours. If they're not available at the Issue Room during your arrival, please wait for their return. At the Issue Room, you can request general information or checkout equipment to use until the end of the day.

Equipment & Activities for Employees
All equipment is expected to be returned prior to the closing of the equipment issuing location within the same day of checkout. Fees can be applied for unreturned equipment in a timely manner or for damages that are untypical of normal use. Some affiliation or time restrictions may apply. Outdoor equipment becomes unavailable for checkout 15 minutes prior to sunset.
