We have paused accepting new clients as of Nov 4, 2025 for the fall semester. Requests received through the end of the fall semester will be placed in the queue for spring 2026.
CFC student membership is required to be eligible for Personal Training.
Our Personal Trainers develop exercise programs that fit your needs and goals and will help you to determine the best strategies to make progress or efficiently maintain fitness. As part of the process, the Personal Trainers strive to empower each client with accurate information and resources to help you feel more confident in your fitness endeavors. Whether you want to make changes to your present program or to safely and wisely begin a new program, a personal trainer can help you attain your goals!
