PE 1600: Introduction to Aerials

This aerial arts course will focus on aerial hammock, lyra, fabric, and trapeze, as well as conditioning and flexibility training to enhance your practice and creative exercises to develop your artistry. The aerial arts get you upside down, physically engaged, and expressing yourself through a whole new medium. No experience is necessary to participate, and all skills can be modified for different levels of fitness.  Please wear clothing that allows you to go upside down comfortably.  This class will take place at Circus Culture.
