Adaptive Challenge Course
At the Team and Leadership Center, we offer a wide range of programs at different facilities with varying levels of accessibility. Our indoor and outdoor courses support diverse programming and are designed to accommodate a broad spectrum of abilities and disabilities.
Please note that our outdoor High Ropes Course has limited accessibility for participants who require the ARC or Easy Seat Harness (featured below). In contrast, our indoor course was intentionally designed to be fully accessible and can be completed using any of our available harness systems.
If you or your group may require additional support or specialized adaptive equipment, we encourage you to review our Essential Eligibility Criteria (EEC). This resource outlines participation requirements and helps explain how we can support individuals with different abilities in all our programs.
Every program at the Team and Leadership Center is custom designed to meet the skills, abilities, and goals of each group. When completing the Program Request Form, you’ll have the opportunity to share relevant information about your participants and collaborate with a lead facilitator to ensure your program is inclusive, engaging, and aligned with your objectives.
If you’d like to discuss specific accommodations before submitting a request, please feel free to contact us at teambuilding@cornell.edu. We look forward to building a custom program with you.
