Accessible Meetings and Events

Making your meetings and events accessible to everyone is an expectation of Cornell University, and must be part of the initial planning process. Cornell offers a number of resources to assist with planning your event and making it accessible to everyone.  

Accessibility.Cornell.edu offers a number of resources, including an Accessible Meeting and Event Checklist, information about promoting your event, presentation of content, and room selection & set-up. In addition, the site includes wording that is useful for event planners to include in their promotional material.
