Throughout the year, students on the Ithaca campus may contact Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) staff for a broad range of services including drop-in consultation, counseling, and other support for mental health concerns. Further, Student Support and Advocacy Services is available to provide guidance and support when needed.

Remember, individuals can have a diverse range of feelings, needs, and reactions when facing loss or stress. This information about Grief and Loss (pdf) may be helpful to you or a friend.
