What are my preferred training locations?

No preference of a gym.

What are my most available days and times to meet?

Tuesdays and Thursdays after 1:30pm

Wednesdays after 3:30pm

What client interests and goals best fit my training style and skills?

I specialize in strength training, calisthenics, and mobility.  I enjoy working with clients who want to build functional strength, improve movement quality, and develop body control.

What is unique about my educational or fitness background that influences my training knowledge?

I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, which informs my approach with a strong foundation in movement science and evidence-based training.

What is my favorite fitness activity or an accomplishment that makes me feel good?

I am passionate about outdoor activities like biking, hiking and rock climbing which keep me energized and constantly challenged.  These experiences influence by training style, emphasizing strength, endurance, and movement freedom.
