I’m flexible with training locations and happy to meet wherever is most convenient for you.

What are my most available days and times to meet?

Monday: 11:30am – 2:30pm, 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Tuesday: 3:00pm – 6:30pm
Wednesday: 11:30am – 3:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am – 12:30pm, 3:00pm – 6:30pm
Friday: 9:30am – 11:30am
Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 2:00pm

What client interests and goals best fit my training style and skills?

I work best with clients who want to improve their strength, mobility, and body awareness. My
goal is to help people feel strong, confident, and in control of their movement—not just in the
gym, but in real life.

What is unique about my educational or fitness background that influences my training knowledge?

I’m a mechanical engineering major with a background in physics, and I want to design fitness
equipment in the future! This combination gives me a unique understanding of biomechanics,
force, and efficient movement, which I apply directly to my training approach

What is my favorite fitness activity or an accomplishment that makes me feel good?

I love challenging my body outside the gym through activities like climbing, trail running, and
hiking. I’m currently working on completing the NYS 46 High Peaks—so far, I’ve finished 9 out of
46!
