What are my most available training times to meet?

I offer a variety of times throughout the week: Monday (3-6pm), Wednesday (1-5pm), Thursday (10am-12pm; 3:30-4:45pm), Friday (2-5pm). Other times possible upon request. 

What client interests and goals fit my training style and skills?

- Clients who are interested in both strength and flexibility

What is unique about my fitness and educational background that influences my training and knowledge?

As a professional yoga teacher with a background in multiple genres of yoga and movement, along with being a certified personal trainer, I bring a well-rounded approach to wellness. My journey into yoga began after frequent injuries in the gym, which led me to discover the power of blending mindful movement with strength training. Now, I’m passionate about helping others prevent the same pitfalls I experienced by integrating yoga and fitness to build resilience and avoid injury. I’ve worked with people of all ages and abilities, including those recovering from injuries, guiding them toward feeling strong, balanced, and healthy again.

What is my favorite fitness activity or accomplishment that makes me feel good? 

I’m passionate about feeling strong, inside and out. Every day, I commit to building the kind of strength that keeps my body and mind vibrant, so I can show up as the best version of myself—for me, and for the people I care about. I wasn’t born with natural physical strength, but through years of dedication and exploring different techniques, I’ve unlocked a new level of power and resilience. I believe in a healthy lifestyle that radiates positivity and strength into all aspects of life. When you work with me, you’ll experience my love for core work and handstand training—two of my favorite ways to cultivate lasting strength and wellness.
