My personal training style includes heavy focus on strength training, with a
smaller focus being on getting more muscular/aesthetic.
What is unique about my educational or fitness background that influences my training knowledge?
I am a competitive powerlifter, so I’ve spent years training and learning about
the best ways to get as strong as possible.
What is my favorite fitness activity or an accomplishment that makes me feel good?
Hitting new PRs always gives me a euphoric feeling. But overall, I feel
accomplished simply stepping into the gym - whether or not the workout goes
good or bad.
