Gaining muscle, strength training and weight reduction.  

What is unique about my educational or fitness background that influences my training knowledge?

I have spent a significant amount of time doing research in bodybuilding as a part of my fitness journey, as it is one of my passions. Therefore, I have plenty of bodybuilding knowledge
that may be geared towards helping clients put on muscle in the most effective ways and creating a certain physique they are looking for. 

What is my favorite fitness activity or an accomplishment that makes me feel good?

My favorite fitness activity is going to the gym and hitting my lifts in general, but I specifically love my leg days. I am very proud of the progress I have made in bodybuilding, and I am excited to spread knowledge about the sport to any clients who are interested!
