Mondays 2:00pm-5:00pm, Wednesdays 11:00am-5:00pm and Thursdays 11:00am-2:00pm

I love working with people who are new to resistance training and the gym setting & those who are feeling bored with their current exercise routine.
What is unique about my educational or fitness background that influences my training knowledge?
I love the science of movement and dove deep into exercise physiology during my Bachelors program. I am also a yoga educator, specializing in yoga anatomy and kinesiology.
What is my favorite fitness activity or an accomplishment that makes me feel good?
I love inserting high intensity 'movement snacks' into my day to give myself a boost of energy.
