What are my preferred training locations?
I don't have a specific training location preference. I believe in selecting the training venue based on the goals of the program, the needs of the client, and their preferences. Ultimately, your comfort and convenience are my priority.
What are my most available days and times to meet?
My schedule is most open on Mondays (3-5pm), Tuesdays (11am-5pm), and Fridays (9am-5pm). Additionally, I have flexibility on weekends, and we can coordinate a time that suits both of our schedules.

I cater to a diverse range of client interests and goals. Whether you're focused on building muscle, shedding fat, or adopting a healthier lifestyle overall, my skills are well-suited to support your objectives. Moreover, clients with advanced goals in bodybuilding, powerlifting, or athletics will find my training approach particularly beneficial.
What is unique about my educational or fitness background that influences my training knowledge?
I am currently a graduate student pursuing my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Ithaca College, complemented by a completed bachelor’s in clinical health studies and a minor in exercise science. My educational background serves as a strong foundation for my training expertise. Over the past decade, I've cultivated diverse experiences in bodybuilding, strength training, Olympic lifting, and sport-specific conditioning. This comprehensive blend of academic knowledge and practical skills enables me to offer precise and effective training tailored to your needs.
What is my favorite fitness activity or an accomplishment that makes me feel good?
One of my most gratifying moments in fitness was assisting a close friend in losing 35 pounds within approximately three months. While this occurred before my formal venture into personal training, he sought my guidance on weight loss, and I provided training support throughout his journey. Witnessing his joy and fulfillment upon reaching his goal was immensely rewarding, reinforcing my passion for helping others achieve their fitness aspirations.
