What are my preferred training locations?

Helen Newman from 6:00am - 8:00am. Any other location for the afternoons/evenings

What are my most available days and times to meet?

Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 8:00am, 4:00pm - 6:00pm

Friday 4:00pm - 7:00pm

Saturday after 3:00pm

What client interests and goals best fit my training style and skills?

Lifting effectively for muscle growth and strength, combining weightlifting with endurance training, and clients who are looking to become well-rounded gym-goer/athlete.

What is unique about my educational or fitness background that influences my training knowledge?

I have practiced many different training styles from powerlifting, to bodybuilding, calisthenics, and Olympic lifting.  I believe in being a versatile athlete, capable of training with the best weightlifters but also competing with the best endurance runners.  I currently train for muscle growth and strength, while training for endurance events like marathons.  My love of fitness inspired me to pursue a career in physical therapy, so I will always prioritize your health and wellness, while simultaneously challenging you to become the best version of yourself.

What is my favorite fitness activity or an accomplishment that makes me feel good?

I love waking up early and getting to the gym by 6:00am to start my days strong. This builds momentum for everything else I do in the day.  In addition to this routine, I love completing marathons - I most recently completed the Austin Marathon in February 2025.  Nothing compares to the feeling of crossing the finish line after 20 weeks of hard training.
