Resistance Training and wanting to become more knowledgeable about exercise, the gym, and your body while improving health and well-being.

I am an active powerlifter (competed twice so far), serious gym enthusiast for 8 years, have an athletic background in CrossFit and wrestling, and I’m always looking for new ways to expand my training knowledge.
