Monday, Wednesday, Friday- Early Mornings, Afternoons after 2 pm till close
Thursday- After 11 pm till close
Saturdays and Sundays anytime
What client interests and goals best fit my training style and skills?
-A client that would like a plan for overall health and wellness
-A client that prefers strength or resistance training
-A client that wants to love going to the gym
What is unique about my educational or fitness background that influences my training
knowledge?
I love the fitness field, and being physically helped me extremely with my mental and physical
health, I loved it so much that I decided I wanted to make a career out of it to help others love it
as well. I understand being a college student all the barriers and fears when starting in the gym
and that allows me to have a great foundation for the clients I work with.
What is my favorite fitness activity or an accomplishment that makes me feel good?
My favorite fitness activity is lifting weights and feeling strong, sticking to the plan I make for
myself to really feel and see the difference in my body and mental health
