What are my preferred training locations?

I am available to train at all Cornell Fitness Center locations.

What are my most available days and times to meet?

I am available during lunchtime and late afternoon to train M-F (11-7 pm)

What client interests and goals best fit my training style and skills?

My training style usually involves supersets (doing two movements back to back to most
utilize your time). I am trained in lower and higher impact movements. From more of a
H.I.I.T style training with jumping to lower impact such as Barre and mobility training.
My main focus would be strength training and building a foundation and knowledge for
my clients on the proper way to exercise for their needs!

What is unique about my educational or fitness background that influences my training knowledge?

I have been a fitness instructor for 7 years and a personal trainer for 3 years. I have
worked in a variety of fitness settings from boutique studios, corporate fitness and
another university. I got my start in the fitness world during my time as a student at
James Madison University. I have lots of experience working with college aged students.

What is my favorite fitness activity or an accomplishment that makes me feel good?

I love a great strength training session! I feel my best when I train larger muscle groups
and push myself mentally and physically.
