My training style and skills typically focus on strength training, however I do love cardio and fitness routines that improve overall health.

I weight lift regularly, have experience playing multiple sports (soccer and volleyball), and regularly practice endurance & speed training for cardio.
What is my favorite fitness activity or an accomplishment that makes me feel good?
I try to spend time in the gym on a daily basis, and love going for longer runs and hikes.
