Strengths Finder

The StrengthsFinder assessment is a tool designed to identify an individual's top strengths and talents, based on the positive psychology research of Dr. Donald Clifton. The assessment is used to help individuals discover their natural talents and develop them into strengths that can be leveraged for personal and professional success.

The StrengthsFinder assessment consists of a series of questions that ask the individual to rate themselves on a variety of statements related to their personal and professional life. The assessment measures the individual's natural tendencies and identifies their top five strengths out of a list of 34 different themes. These themes include things like Adaptability, Empathy, Strategic Thinking, and Communication, among others.

The results of the assessment are used to help individuals better understand their natural strengths and talents and to develop them into skills that can be applied in various settings. The assessment can be useful for personal and professional development, career planning, and team building, as it can help individuals understand and appreciate the strengths of others.

It is important to note that the StrengthsFinder assessment does not measure an individual's weaknesses or areas for improvement. Instead, it focuses on identifying and developing an individual's natural talents and strengths.

Individual Feedback Sessions

Individual feedback sessions involve an assessment of strengths and targeted action plans to bolster these strengths.

For this process, you will:

  1. Complete a StrengthsFinder Assessment

  2. Participate in a group feedback session with a facilitator
  3. Create an action plan
  4. Participate in subsequent coaching sessions (optional)
  5. Implement action plan

This module can be custom fit to your goals. Your group will do a self-assessment prior to the program. We'll debrief the results of the assessment together and from there, we encourage your group to take part in a 1-2 hour portable program where we'll see the StrengthsFinder results in action!
