DiSC

The DiSC assessment is a behavioral assessment tool that measures an individual's dominant behavioral style in four key areas:

DiSC personality chart
  • Dominance
  • Influence
  • Steadiness
  • Conscientiousness

The assessment is based on the theory that individuals exhibit a dominant behavior in one or more of these four areas, which can have an impact on their communication style, decision-making process, and interpersonal relationships. The DiSC assessment consists of a series of questions that ask the individual to rate themselves on a variety of behavioral statements. The statements are designed to measure how the individual responds to different situations and how they interact with others. Based on their answers, the individual is assigned a four-letter code that corresponds to their dominant behavioral style, such as D (Dominance), I (Influence), S (Steadiness), or C (Conscientiousness).

The DiSC assessment is often used by individuals, teams, and organizations as a tool for personal development, team building, and conflict resolution. It can provide insights into an individual's communication style, decision-making process, and problem-solving approach, which can be helpful for improving interpersonal relationships and achieving personal and professional goals. The pre-program assessment charts individuals based on how much of each profile type they exhibit. During the session, our certified facilitator guides the group through activities that high the different profiles.

Individuals receive a detailed report on how to best work with members of their team, according to the DiSC profiles of every person.

This module can be custom fit to your goals. Your group will do a self-assessment prior to the program. We'll debrief the results of the assessment together and from there, we encourage your group to take part in a 1-2 hour portable program where we'll see the DiSC results in action!
