Please review our Van Driver Policies before proceeding. All drivers need to be certified by Cornell Fleet Services to drive large vans.

Billing is typically done at the end of the semester in which you are renting.

MAKE a Reservation

To reserve a van, please enter the dates, times, and sizes of van you are requesting (15 or 12 passenger). Enter as many days and times as are associated with the above account number.

(Example: 2/1/20, 5pm-10pm, 15P)

CANCEL a Reservation

To cancel a reservation you have previously scheduled, enter the dates below. We will contact you to confirm that your reservation has been deleted.

(Example: 2/1/14)
