Move-in Schedule

Move-in Fall 2025 Schedule
 

Students must select a move-in timeslot for their arrival through the Housing and Dining Portal, and must arrive at their selected timeslot in order to move in. Students will not be permitted to enter the queue to obtain their ID, keys, etc. until the timeslot that they have pre-selected. 

Arrival Timeslots

Your 30 minutes is just for your arrival time at your designated check-in location, not unloading.

To ensure a safe and efficient move-in experience, all students are required to schedule a move-in/arrival timeslot via our housing portal by August 1, 2025. Students may select a timeslot according to what is available based on your building assignment and status as a first-year student, transfer student, or upper-level student.  

Please note that the move-in/arrival timeslot that you select is when you need to arrive at your designated check-in location. Your 30 minutes is just for your arrival time, not unloading. You'll have plenty of time to unload after the check-in time. 

New Students (First-Year & Transfer)

• North Campus
  • Monday, August 18 from 8am-7pm  
  • Tuesday, August 19 from 8am-1pm
• West Campus and South Campus
  • Monday, August 18 from 8am-5pm  
  • Tuesday, August 19 from 8am-1pm

Returning Students

• North Campus, West Campus, and South Campus
  • Wednesday, August 20 from 8am-4pm
  • Thursday, August 21 from 8am-4pm
  • Friday, August 22 from 8am-4pm

To help control traffic in and around campus, and to provide you with the best possible move-in experience, move-in is arranged by specific buildings based on the day.  

To assist you with your arrival planning, the scheduled move-in days are listed below for each building. Please note that assistance with carts and unloading closer to the buildings is only provided during the hours listed above.
