Dedication to promoting an inclusive community is central to the Cornell Sorority & Fraternity community values. Community incorporates friendship, love, loyalty, and diversity. Organizations should show dedication to inclusive practices in programming and training initiatives. Winners in this category have incorporated inclusive practices to create more comprehensive spaces for students, as well as, the general commitment of members to diversity. Being a part of a fraternity and sorority community is about building relationships not only within your chapter, but also with others within the community. These organizations have shown true partnerships with other organizations as well as overall community participation.

- Responsible Violations: Did not follow social event policies according to the COVID-19 guidelines at the time. Also, having a party with Lambda that was not in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines.
- Sanctions: Pi Phi will have the opportunity to reduce social probation to eight weeks so long as the chapter meets two conditions. First, Pi Phi must present evidence to the Appeals Board that members who engaged in the social event with Lambda Chi Alpha, breaching COVID-19
protocols, were held accountable by the chapter.

- Responsible Violations: Six students driving around and screaming who got in a vehicle together on Bid Day. May have been part of recruitment. Photos were provided.
- Sanctions: educational training with an organization, such as with Cayuga Medical and Cornel EMS (who have done numerous COVID-related trainings with various chapters) would prove incredibly beneficial to the chapter. Also request that the Chapter President or associated executive board member sends proof that 100% if not 85% of the chapter was in attendance of this educational training board. Social probation will be enforced.
