Elizabeth Kennedy (she/her), serves, since April 2026, as the Associate Dean of Students and Director of the Gender Equity Resource Center; part of the Centers for Student Equity, Empowerment, and Belonging. Elizabeth excitedly brings 15 years of experience working in higher education to Cornell! Dedicated to fostering healthy communities of belonging, Elizabeth is passionate about translating radical community care into structural, sustainable support for students.
