Provides mail services & other resources for residents of: Alice Cook House (including Boldt Tower, Boldt Hall/Language House Program, North Baker Hall, & Baker Tower).

Receiving mail at your House Office

TIP: Always put your NetID in your mailing address.  Your NetID is the key piece of information that we use to process your mail and packages.  If you don't put your NetID on your packages, you will encounter slower processing times or a possible return to sender.

Your on-campus address will be as follows, and you will receive an email when you receive mail or packages.

  • House Office will only accept packages that are 50 pounds or less.
  • If sending fresh food, write ‘Perishable’ in large letters on the parcel.
  • Please note that the House Office does not have refrigeration and is not a drop-off location for perishable food items (e.g., DoorDash, GrubHub, Instacart, food delivery) or other local delivery (e.g., Walmart, Target).
