Annual A.D. White Leadership Summit

The Annual A.D. White Leadership Summit is an opportunity for current chapter members to reflect, grow, and connect with each other and alumni.

The A.D. White Leadership Summit is a dynamic series of events and opportunities designed to bring together undergraduate chapter leaders, community leaders, and engaged alumni for meaningful connection and collaboration. Rooted in shared leadership and lifelong membership, the Summit fosters dialogue across generations to strengthen our community.

Named in honor of Andrew Dickson White—co-founder and first president of Cornell University—the Summit reflects his strong support of the fraternity experience. White was a proud member of Sigma Phi, Alpha Sigma Phi, and Psi Upsilon, and believed deeply in the role fraternities play in developing principled leaders and lifelong bonds.

This year’s focus centers on the future of our community — exploring how we can intentionally create safe, healthy, and supportive environments where every member can grow, lead, and become better as a result of their membership.
