Wei Gao (she/her/hers) is the Associate Dean of Students & Director of the Asian and Asian American Center. Wei has spent the majority of her career in education, working in community language schools, K-12, and universities. Through these experiences, she has gained a deep understanding of educational systems, both locally and internationally. Wei received her Bachelor of Arts from Beijing University in China, then continued to earn a Master's degree and complete coursework as a Ph.D. candidate at Syracuse University.

Shannon Sy (she/her/hers) is the Assistant Director for the Asian & Asian American Center (A3C). Shannon completed a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a certificate in Health Disparities at Rutgers University-New Brunswick. At Rutgers, she also earned a Master of Education in College Student Affairs. As a proud queer, Chinese-Filipina American educator, Shannon is thrilled to be working at A3C, where she is able to promote brave spaces for learning, intercultural understanding, wellness, and collective healing.
