Dustin Cutler serves as the Assistant Vice President for Student and Campus Life Enterprises, comprised of Cornell Retail Services, Cornell Dining, and Conference and Event Services.  With his passion for leading dynamic organizations, Dustin works to enhance collaboration and strategic partnerships while finding new ways to showcase the impact of his teams as they elevate the student experience while serving the entire Cornell community.

Dustin’s professional experience is extensive; he began his career by managing operations for the Olympic Village in Athens in 2004 and built on that role as senior operations manager for the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Beijing in 2008.  He has also managed various aspects of food and beverage operations at Major League Baseball's Turner Field, New Orleans Convention Center and Emerald Coast Convention Center, GlaxoSmithKline and Palm Beach County Convention Center, and was the resident district manager for the University of Nevada- Las Vegas before returning home to upstate New York in 2017.  Prior to his current position, Dustin served as Director of Cornell Dining and Senior Executive Director overseeing the leadership of Dining and Cornell Retail Services.  As a proud first-generation college student, Dustin has a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Niagara University.
