Project ReCollect

Project ReCollect logoCornell's Project ReCollect program, formerly known as Dump & Run, collects items from students leaving campus in May, and resells them to students moving in each August. In addition to diverting about 50 tons of reusable items from the waste stream yearly, the annual ReCollect sale raises about $80,000 each year for local charitable organizations, primarily Cops, Kids & Toys, to assist with local families during the holiday season.
