Problems with a washer or dryer

Visit www.cscserviceworks.com and use their Service Request tool, or use the CSC ServiceWorks Service app to report a problem with a washer or dryer in a residential laundry room. Make sure you have the machine ID handy.

Other issues in a laundry room

To report leaks, flooding, electrical issues, or other issues in a laundry room, please submit a maintenance request.

You must have a Cornell NetID to enter your request. Residents without a NetID should contact their service center.

Staff/Faculty: You do NOT need to include an account number – or any other information in fields not marked with a star – in order to submit a request.
