Greta Kenney serves as the Senior Associate Dean of Students for Student Support and Advocacy Services. In her role, she provides strategic leadership for the Student Support and Advocacy Services’ team, which aims to support students in distress with a goal towards overall well-being and empowerment. She also serves as chair for the University’s Behavior Intervention Team (CARE Team). In her previous Cornell role, Greta served as the Associate Dean of Students and Director of the Women’s Resource Center.

Kim Garrison has been serving in the Associate Dean of Students role since November 2021. Kim works with the Student Support and Advocacy Services team to provide outreach, support, and resources to students working through difficult moments. Prior to the Dean of Students Office, most of Kim's career has been in Housing and Residential Life. Kim worked in Housing and Residential Life at Cornell for two and a half years.

Jaime Panos is an Associate Dean of Students within Student Support and Advocacy Services. Jaime provides support and resources to students who are navigating difficult times and oversees the Administrator on-Call program. Jaime is committed and passionate about creating safe, welcoming spaces and supporting the holistic development and growth of students. Previously, she served in numerous capacities within Residence Life at Elmira College, most recently as the Assistant Dean of Students.

Ricky Boche is an Assistant Dean of Students within Student Support and Advocacy Services. For the past four years, Ricky has served as an Administrator on-Call for the Cornell community assisting various students across campus as they navigate difficult situations. He is passionate about working with students and creating a positive student experience. Ricky received his B.A. in Foreign Languages- Spanish and M.S. in College Student Personnel, both from Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL.

Mar serves as Senior Coordinator in Student Support and Advocacy Services. She manages cross-functional coordination, information systems management, data and assessment, and logistics for crisis response and case management. She is also the Case Coordinator for the University’s behavior intervention team (CARE Team).

Olivia Murray is the Administrative Assistant for Student Support and Advocacy Services and Office Manager of the Elizabeth Chapman Staley Center. Olivia assists in coordination and team logistics for the team, as well as managing the physical space of the Dean of Students Suite. Olivia also serves as the administrator for the Student-Parent Dependent Care Grant.
