Register for Senior Days - REQUIRED

You must complete a Senior Days participation waiver to make any ticket purchases or reservations. This will be available in the spring semester. When you complete the waiver, you will automatically unlock access to reserve tickets on CampusGroups when it becomes available. Senior Days organizers must manually input signed waivers into Vivenue, so plan accordingly. If you are looking to purchase tickets on Vivenue, be sure to sign the waiver by 12:30pm Sunday 3/24. We will continue to upload users when we can, but you may miss a timeslot if you sign later. All invited participants (listed at the top) are invited to register.

Steps to register

  1. You must complete this Senior Days participation waiver to make any ticket purchases or reservations. This will be available in the spring semester.
  2. If you designate that you are 21+ years old, you will be asked to sign an additional waiver involving alcohol consumption, whether you plan to consume or not at one of the events.
  3. If you design that you are interested in an off-campus trip, you will be asked to sign an additional waiver focusing on off-campus trips. We recommend signing this whether you plan to join one of the off-campus trips or not in case you change your mind later!

How can I refund or transfer my tickets?

How can I refund or transfer my tickets?

Transferring free events: You can remove your reservation yourself for free events on CampusGroups by going to the event page and canceling your RSVP. Please do this if you can't attend, especially for events with limited capacity and waitlists. The Senior Days Committee will fill the available space.

Transferring paid tickets: You cannot transfer your paid ticket to another student. You can only purchase tickets for yourself and your +1.

Ticket refunds: Click here to request a refund. We will only review refund requests until Sunday April 14 11:59 PM EST. After this date, all sales are final.

Event waitlists

Event waitlists

Waitlist for paid ticketed events: If you were unable to secure a ticket for a paid event, you can request to be added to a waitlist here. If tickets open up, we will reach out. You will have 24 hours to respond before we go to the next in line.

Waitlist for free events: All free events on CampusGroups offer a waitlist slot. For most events, we encourage folks on the waitlist to attend day-of as there are often no-shows. If there are no-shows, we can offer space to join. If spaces open up before the event, we will take folks off the waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis. You do not need to complete the waitlist form above. If you have a ticket for a free event and no longer are able to join, please remove yourself from the list so we can best accommodate your peers.

Alcohol & Other Drugs

Alcohol & Other Drugs

Senior Days offers a few events with alcohol. The legal drinking age is 21 and valid government-issued photo IDs are required to present at all events. If you drink alcohol, plan ahead for safety and follow these tips.

Cornell’s Student Code of Conduct applies every day of the year, including during Senior Days. If you see someone who requires medical attention due to an alcohol or drug-related emergency, do the right thing and call 9-1-1.

The Good Samaritan protocol/law helps protect you (and the person needing assistance) from judicial / legal consequences if you call for help.

Weather (Severe Weather Guidelines)

Weather (Severe Weather Guidelines)

Plan ahead by checking the weather for your Senior Days events. For all outdoor events, we will be monitoring events and emailing registered attendees of any changes or cancelations. Please monitor your email prior to the event if the weather looks like an issue for your outdoor event. In most cases, outside events will not be rescheduled. In case of inclement weather, please see the Cornell University Severe Weather Guidelines.
